Yeah, it is finally here, school has finished, the boys have just come home from a week at ski school where they learned so much, the presents are all bought and wrapped, the cards sent and we are nearly ready to take off.

Washed the car
Wrapped the presents that I have on hand - need to buy a couple more tomorrow at the Farmers sale
Made my Christmas cards - now to write in them and post them
Made some Xmas letters
Got my haircut
Thought about going grocery shopping
Thought about doing some housework
Thought about updating my blog - I guess one out of three ain't bad. 
And man was it good sleeping in my own bed again on Sunday night. We had a wonderful time away without the boys, drove heaps of kms and enjoyed the peaceful trip. By night 3 though I was ready to be home really missing the boys. Mum really enjoyed her time with the boys too and everything went really well for them which was a huge relief as she is keen to come and do that again some time.
We took Mum with us to the lake on Friday night and she loved seeing what the boys can do on the water. It was very windy and quite cold so not ideal conditions for her, but I think she really enjoyed that too. Worst thing was with it being so cold you had to sit in the sun to keep warm so we have all come home with a decent dose of sun and wind burn and very tired. A few early nights required I think.
